Another Weigh In!

Well, last night was Weight Watchers, so it's time to post my weigh in results. Let me tell you first off, that I was a little scared going last night. I made the mistake of buying something this week that I can NOT control myself around! And that thing is....img_honey.jpg



Yes sir, that's right. I probably ate over half a jar this past week! I hate to admit that, but it's the truth. I am tempted to throw away what is left, just to get it AWAY FROM ME, but my kids like it, so I guess I need to just control myself. So with all that being said, at WI last night, I wasn't really sure how I was going to do....but...I was 201!! Which is a 1.2 pound loss! I was pretty happy with that!
Ok, so I am so stinkin close to "one-derland" now, I want it BAD! My goal for this week is to lose 2 pounds and be 199 at next weeks weigh in. It is going to be pretty much impossible though, because I have a monthly visitor coming next week, but I am going to try my hardest! Maybe if I do every day pefect? Let this week BEGIN!!!

Weigh In

Hello to my followers! :-) Tonight I went to Weight Watchers and I weighed 202.2, which was 2.2 pounds down! I was really excited about it! :-) Hopefully in a couple of weeks I will be in "Onederland!" I worked really hard Monday through Thursday, and haven't had any sweets! I did pretty good with eating fewer carbs too, so I'm sure that helped with my loss. I would have been down even more if I didn't have the bad weekend! Who knows...maybe I can work hard all week and be in the 100's next week! ;-) Even 199.9 would be amazing! I'm getting in a good groove right now, so I am just hoping that it will continue! 40 days until Florida!!

I'm Back! :-)

Sorry it's been so long since I posted! My mom and I went away this past weekend with my 2 girls to Toronto, Canada. We took them to Canada's Wonderland, and stayed in a hotel with a pool! :-) They had a lot of fun! Of course I ate more than I should have, but probably not as much as I could have! I did pack fruit/nuts that I did eat, but of course I ate bad stuff too.
So, I am moving my WI days to Thursday nights, now that I am going to Weight Watchers, cause that's when my meetings are. I weighed in last Thursday at 204.4. Slowly but surely heading down. I am going to try something for the next 6 weeks though. Tell me if I'm crazy! ;-)

I am going to try to go off of sugar/sweets until my Florida trip. I know I can do it, because I did it for a month before. I also am going to try to reduce my intake of carbs. Just try to skip bread as much as I can, and "carby" snacks, and try to eat more protein. I don't like "no carb" diets, because I don't see how it can be healthy to be able to eat 2 pounds of bacon, but not a banana! So, I'm still doing Weight Watchers, but just trying to eat as little "bread type" carbs as I can. I am still going to eat my fruit though! I'm just going to try to eat only wheat, if I have bread at all. I know this is going to be hard, but I think I will be glad I did it when I'm in Florida in 6 weeks! When I don't eat carbs, my stomach gets flatter too, so I KNOW I will appreciate that!

Well, I will try to post again before Thursday and let you know how my new "plan" is working, but if I don't get a chance, I will be back to let you know how my WI goes on Thursday night! Have a great week!

Monday WI

Well, I weighed in yesterday, at 205! That's 2 1/2 pounds down from last week! Go me! ;-) Yesterday we had a huge Labor Day party at our house - 40 people in our 1,300 square foot ranch - but it was so much fun! I felt like I didn't do too bad eating either, cause I was so busy running around doing things. I got a walk in yesterday too, so I'm sure that helped. This morning was ROUGH waking up, cause I didn't go to bed until midnight....ahhhh....but I'm so glad I did once I was walking! I have been wearing this -http://www.walmart.com/ip/Gold-s-Gym-Waist-Trimmer-Belt/12167842?findingMethod=Recommendation:wm:RecentlyViewedItems - when I work out, and I have to tell you, I can notice a difference in my stomach in only 4 days! It makes you SWEAT!!!! It is supposed to help you lose water weight in your stomach from sweat, and I really think it works! For $5, you can't go wrong with trying it!

Ok, so my goal for next Monday is to be 202.5. I know it is alot to ask for 2.5 pounds 2 weeks in a row, but I am going to try for it. I'm going to Florida in about 60 days, and I would love to lose 20 by then. That's about 2 pounds a week. If I do it, AWESOME! If I don't, that's ok too...as long as I tried my hardest!

LOVING my walking!!

I can not tell you all how much I am loving walking 3 miles every morning with my friend! There is probably not one person that does not hate getting up in the morning anymore than I do, so I can't believe how much I'm enjoying it! It's so nice to go out in the crisp morning air, and be able to chat with a friend for an hour before I have to come back and start my crazy day with 3 kids! I will weigh in on Monday...I don't know if I've lost anything, but I feel better. Maybe I'm losing inches. The only thing is, now I have to go to bed by 9pm, in order to get some solid sleep since I have to get up so early! I feel like I don't have as much time at night to catch up online, but it is worth it to give it up, to get some sleep! :-) I will be posting again after the weekend! Have a great holiday!
